1. About these terms
These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at lyrik.ventures and any associated pages and sub-pages (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Lyrik Venture Capital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13764099) whose registered office is at C/O Laven Partners Limited, 7th Floor (North), 11 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DU ("Lyrik", "we", "us", "our"), trading as Lyrik Ventures.
Lyrik Venture Capital Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Laven Advisors LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 447282).
By accessing or using the Site — including by clicking "Accept" on the entry notice — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Who the Site is for — professional clients and eligible counterparties only
The information on our Site is only directed at professional clients and eligible counterparties and the services or investments referred to on our Site are only available to professional clients and eligible counterparties. Retail clients should not rely on the information herein. If you have any doubts about your status you must not access our Site.
By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you are a per se professional client or an eligible counterparty as those terms are defined in the FCA Handbook (COBS 3.5 and 3.6). We rely on that confirmation in making the Site available to you. The Site is not intended for, and should not be relied upon by, retail clients.

We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, products or services of any third-party site, and your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, or any reliance on its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any liability or duty we may owe under the regulatory system administered by the Financial Conduct Authority, or any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data — including any details you provide if you ask to access fund materials or other gated information.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
